It's no secret that it is a challenge to stay active when you are living with a chronic illness. Let's explore ways to keep ourselves moving despite those challenges!!
There is conflicting information about whether diet can control MS symptoms, but there's nothing wrong with making better choices and sharing recipes. You'll also find tips and tricks for those days when you just don't have the energy for food prep.
Our busy minds can focus a lot of attention on what has happened already leaving us to ruminate. Our mind's busyness also can spend a lot of time thinking and planning, organizing, and worrying about what comes next. The uncertainty and unpredictability of MS makes that really easy to do. Fortunately, we can practice mindfulness, embrace the imperfect nature of our lives, and shift our approach to living well with MS.
